اثر قطره بینی سیناماز بر اعضای خانواده بدون علامت بیماران کووید 19: یک کارآزمایی تصادفی کنترل شده با برچسب باز

سیناماز® (همچنین با نام Cinnamase با شماره مجوز: 118880/665)، محصول شرکت داروسازی ایرانی Sanabel Daroo©، روغنی طبیعی است که از طریق بینی حاوی روغن سیاه دانه و روغن Olea europaea L. است. این دارو دارای تاییدیه سازمان غذا و داروی ایران به عنوان درمان برای بیماران دارای علامت سرماخوردگی است. تجزیه و تحلیل فارماکولوژیک روغن سیناماز نشان داد که اسید اولئیک ترکیب اسید چرب غالب است و میزان تیموکینون، یکی از اجزای اصلی فعال زیستی سیاه دانه، تقریباً 0/27 میلی گرم در گرم است. علاوه بر این، نتایج آزمایشات میکروبی روغن سیناماز همگی با توجه به مقادیر مرجع قابل قبول بود.
Sinamaz® (also known as Cinnamase with license number: 118880/665), the product of Iranian pharmaceutical company Sanabel Daroo©, is a nasally delivered natural oil, that contains Nigella sativa L. oil and Olea europaea L. oil. It has Iran Food and Drug Administration approval as a treatment for patients symptomatic of the common cold. Pharmacological analysis of Sinamaz® oil found that oleic acid was the predominant fatty acid constituent and that the amount of thymoquinone, one of the major bioactive constituents of black seed (Fatima Shad et al., 2021), was approximately 0.27 mg/g (Figure 1). In addition, results of the microbial tests of Sinamaz® oil were all acceptable according to the reference values.
